Our friendly, in-house, fully qualified maintenance technicians can cooperate with any breaks and find solution for any cases. An on-demand service is offered outside of regular operating hours, delivering both planned and emergency tasks.

Service of the engineering systems:

  • Maintenance and quality checking of all types of equipment;
  • Check of insulation, power supply, removal of dust;
  • Checks and examination of electrical connections and connectors;
  • Diagnosis of disorders and overlap caused by the wear and tear of the equipment or its breakdown, and debugging;
  • Check of violations and problems caused by any reasons;
  • Debug failures and malfunctions, special tools, measuring and monitoring devices, and materials provided by the Contractor;
  • Provision of written report with the unit conditions specified;
  • Recommendations for implementation of the necessary technology with minimal financial costs.

Regular air conditioning service maintenance includes:

  • Examination of mechanical damage to the air conditioner cases and units.
  • Clean the condenser (outdoor unit)heat exchanger with high pressure.
  • Clean the coils and fins (indoor unit), air filters and evaporator with disinfecting cleaner.
  • Verifying and, if necessary, setting the air conditioner remote control.
  • Check condensate drain pipe work for water tightness.
  • Check of air flow direction louvers.
  • Check of all connections, measuring voltage, working and starting currents of the air conditioner.
  • Check of the integrity of the fan blades and its electric motors.
  • Measurements of the operating pressure of the refrigerant circuit on high and low pressure. If necessary, its refill.
  • Control measurement of air temperature at the inlet and outlet of the air conditioner’s indoor unit.
  • Check unit operation, controls and settings. Setting indication control.
  • Provision of Technical Maintenance Report.
